Trade in program on cell phones is a scam,
I put a lot of effort to send my cell in perfect condition, packed in original box and wrapped the device in multiple layers of bubble protector, but Samsung claims the device has damaged lenses and cracked screen, hardly to believe the damage happened during transportation,
To all who consider to buy products from Samsung, beware they will scam you any way possible !
I made decision, No more any product from Samsung ! Period !
