My LED-TV lost a pixel after 3 months. The service centre was only online/phone/e-mail based. I got instructions over the phone that I may or may not have understood correctly. I had to call back twice because nothing worked. I had to send pictures via e-mail, (note - of lower quality, they could not accept high quality pictures) of my problem and based on these pictures it was deducted that I caused the pixelproblem. (However I was abroad for four days and this is when the TV lost its pixel).
So, poor quality on product as well as method of service here in Sweden.
