IF SAMSUNG DONT CARE, WE DONT CARE Order a monitor with full payment 7 WEEKS AGO STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. Nothing happened on my delivery date, no message, no call, no email. Called them and they pushed delivery 15 days later. Second delivery date, the courier told me there was unseccsuflly handover. Samsung said there was the delay between NSW and the local warehouse, the monitor is available in the local ware house and expects delivery next week. AND, OF COURSE, NOTHING HAPPENED TO EVERY NEXT WEEK. CALLED THEM ASK: When will ETA be? DONT KNOW. When will the courier come to pick up my product and do delivery? DONT KNOW. Can I come to the warehouse to pick it up by myself? NO YOU CAN'T Lots of people have the same issue with them. I highly doubt they did this for purpose, product is not avaliable at all but they still to take cash in without providing the product and use some money for something else. Sending my case to ACCC and fair trading.
