I ordered a washer and dryer from Samsung website. I paid extra for installation.
Units arrived and were installed and as soon as they turned on the dryer to test it, my ears were in pain due to the terrible noise. Installation crew said to call Samsung and have it replaced.
I did that. They refused to replace, they sent a tech. Tech arrived, said the unit is irreparable, has a bent frame, they need to replace.
Called Samsung to get a replacement and they informed me "It has physical damage and we do not cover physical damage".
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????????????????????????????????????????????
After 47 minutes and six agents, someone finally agreed it should be replaced; however, they COULD NOT replace it because 48 hours AFTER delivery, THEIR system shows that it was never delivered. How convenient!!! Yet they sent a tech to repair a machine that didn't exist?
Zero customer service, ZERO confidence in their product and ZERO resolution offered.
