Samsung will not honor the warranty. Even if you pay more for extended warranty. I have been trying to get a refund on my TV that broke 3 times in 1 year! I have been dealing with their “support” for more than 2 months!!! I am no closer than having this resolved. The most frustrating experience of any product I have bought in my entire life. I have been all the way to emailing the corporate office. Trust me, any other QLED would be better than dealing with this company.
