Samsung Has The Worse Bank, Store Pick up & Ordering Processes and System Integrations
I love Samsung devices but I must be honest that ordering directly from the website is frustrating.
I've ordered devices directly from Samsung for the past few years and can passionately attest to such frustrations. Here are some of the issues that I've experienced:
1. TD bank integration failures that deny credit due to system integration issues
2. Having to call TD Bank directly to get credit profile information corrected and having to wait days before the updates are reflection on Samsung's end. Calling TD Bank usually requires patience and many transfers.
3. Device prices changing from day to day and within the same day if you load a shopping cart, empty it and reshop.
4. Long hold periods with Samsung Sales Support. The Support is clearly outsourced.
5. The integration process between Samsung web site and retail stores (like Best Buy) for pickup is discombobulated. The integration of systems between the pickup stores and Samsung is not instantaneous. It all seems like a manual process.
I am very dissatisfied with Samsung's poor customer service process.
