Purchased a television from the dealer on 8th May 2023 and was installed on 10th May 2023 and within 19 days, the mother board got spoiled and not ready to change the television set.
Just playing the blame game. Dealer saying Samsung needs to exchange and Samsung service saying Dealer needs to change. We are ready to pay extra and get bigger TV of Samsung. But not at all budging from their word, not at all ready to exchange, stating its obsolete model. They just want to replace the motherboard.
If the model is old, is it customers fault. It is the duty of Samsung customer service to replace the product whether old or new model.
