Bought this from Samsung.com it arrived in about 10 days. We took it out of the shipping box to set it up only to discover they had sent 2 left feet/table top stands. So we called Samsung Customer Service. It should be called Samsung Customer SHIRK. I was unable to understand the first representative, very heavy Asian accent, had to repeat myself several times for them to understand me. (Midwest US) and they still could not grasp that I needed a right leg/stand/support. Sent me to another representative, same game get my personal info address and what nots all over again, 6 attempts to get the idea that a wrong piece that allows the TV to stand on a table. He finally got it, then told me it would take 20 to 30 BUSINESS DAYS to send me a right stand leg!!! 6 weeks to provide me with an important piece for the TV we already purchased. We asked to speak with a supervisor who stated that is Samsung procedure, they have to have anything approved which takes 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS then they would ship it which could take another 10 to 20 BUSINESS DAYS. IF THEY APPROVE IT! I’m flabbergasted! IF they approve it?! Why in the world would I ask they send me a right leg if it wasn’t needed? I had to take pictures of the items I received to PROVE I had received 2 left sided legs. And the legs are side specific unable to just turn it around. OR I could return the TV and have a new one shipped( another 20 to 30 BUSINESS DAYS. They refuse to expedite a part. So my new TV sits in a box. I can’t tell you if or how it works as I won’t know for 4-6 weeks when I can stand it up. Samsung has lost this customer.
