Do not buy a galaxy xcover6 pro phone. The screen creaked in my pocket and when I took it to an authorized service location I was told that Samsung will not sell them the part. Was told that I could mail my phone to them the phone and they would fix it in 7 to 10 days......or they could sell me a less outdated phone for $400. This phone is only a week old and is the latest version and I just spent $600 to buy it. Samsung has just lost all of my future purchases. Imagine buying a new car that breaks within a week and the place you purchased it from tells you to ship the car back to the manufacture because they won't sell them parts for it. Or you could just buy another brand new one instead.....totally horrible customer and product support.
