Bought a new computer monitor. It broke about three months later so I sent it to Samsung which they gave me a refurbished one. I got that about two weeks after I sent my original one out it was broken the moment I plugged it in didn’t work one bit. so I called Samsung and sent that one out two or three days later. Waited two weeks for them to confirm that I was going to get a refund. Waited another two weeks to Actually get confirmed for the refund and had to pester them every step of the way, calling two or three times a week and getting told the same information just to wait for a Citibank link for the refund. There’s no communication on their end. Terrible experience terrible customer service terrible everything.
