Unsatisfied customer
Dear sir/madam I am writing to you because. I had my Samsung Galaxy a13 5g sent out for repair July 14,2023. When I got the phone sent back to me it was sent unrepaired. I sent the phone back to get repaired again. I was told it''s not repairable. Samsung sent me a phone new phone that''s lock just for AT&T phones. I have T-Mobile as my phone provider for 10 years I never had AT&T as my phone provider. I been on the phone with your technicians for 3 hours 7 different techs got hung up in numerous times. The technicians were rude.They don''t listen to what the customers have to say. I constantly repeating myself to tell them that AT&T can not help me because I''m not an AT&T customer they can not help me. I sent a phone that was unlocked specifically for my phone service. I''m very disappointed of Samsung. I liked Samsung products but May have to look for other options in the future.
