TV paid for on Jan 2. Tv was in stock
In June, i received a text saying my order was cancelled. No consultation or discussion from them.
It is August 24. Still no refund. Still no tv.
Over 40 attempts made to get an answer this year. Every time... "my case is escalated and someone will call me back in 1-2 days"
Nobody ever calls. Nobody ever has a reason or explanation.
It's not possible to talk to supervisors and they are in a different building. One call centre operator will contradict another, meaning they're making up answers or telling lies.
8 months, no tv, no refund. This is outright theft.
