I returned my Samsung dryer and received confirmation of the refund from Samsung. I was told that my refund would be processed within 48 hours. It has been 1.5 months. I have called customer service 6 times and send a myriad of emails but I keep getting the runaround and no one is processing my refund. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had for any product. I strongly caution against ever purchaasing anything direct from Samsung.
