Order ID: UK230924-93810xxx. Was supposed to be delivered on the 29th of September. 4 days later I was told that:
"I want to be honest with you and I don't want to provide you false hopes. We do not have an exact date on when your order will be delivered as of this moment due to technical difficulties. Rest assured we are working on solving the delayed orders we are currently having."
Simply stay away - they give you slightly better pricing but are unable to fulfil orders.
