We bought a Chef Select Refrigerator from Samsung some time ago. Since the purchase the icemaker never has worked and has been replaced or repaired at least 4 times. Any Samsung refrigerator with an icemaker located in the refrigerator section is worthless. Ultimately, in response to our complaints and an alleged class action, Samsung said they had a fix. That fix did not work either so they offered to give us a 50% coupon for the purchase of any item online at samsung.com even on sale items. That offer was ultimately accepted but the Samsung representatives (multiple of which) misrepresented the offer and the coupon did not work. They than tried to make another offer which was rejected. That offer, however, would require us to deface the CHEF Refrigerator by taking off the interior stickers. Not sure what that was about but totally unacceptable. It was bad enough we bought a lemon. My rating of 1 star is based on the fact that we bought an expensive product with a defective icemaker and the fact that Samsung misrepresented the remedy for that problem by making an offer that they refused to honor. Don't buy any Samsung Refrigerators with an icemaker in the refrigerator section as I don't believe the problem has yet to be fixed.
