I wanted to return my TV for a refund and order a new TV. I contacted customer support and they confirmed me that the collection of my first TV and the delivery of the new TV would happen on the same day on 29th of November. During the checkout process, it was mentioned next-day delivery and was not written anything about delays. So on the 29th of November, they came, they collected my first TV nad they didn't deliver my new TV.
When I contacted customer service again, I was informed that the delay was due to the weight of the TV, allegedly 135 kilos, and that I would now have to wait until the 25th of December to receive it. This is absurd, as a TV cannot possibly weigh 135 kilos (shouldn't weigh more than 20 kilos); I ordered a TV, not a car! When I said that it is not possible for a TV to have 135 kilos weight the agent pretended that I was not responding and ended the conversation.
So now I have to be without a TV for at least a month and made fun from the customer service.
My advice? DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM SAMSUNG! Even if you want to buy a Samsung TV buy it from a trustworthy and reliable retailer like Amazon and avoid Samsung shop!
