Pretty good products, but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got a brand new the Frame TV from Amazon and when it arrived the remote was broken. I contacted Samsung support via phone and they told me the seller had to be an authorized dealer. Although I bought it from Amazon, there was another seller, which was indeed an authorized dealer, except they wrote their legal tax name on the invoice instead of business name. So Samsung would not accept this and denied me a new remote for my brand new tv. After a lot of back and forth, customer support suggested I return the tv to Amazon. Return a massive tv just for a broken remote!? I then contacted the Samsung CEO team as this seemed like the only other way up in the chain I could go. They make it very hard to reach anyone or even follow up on issues. I then received a similar email from the CEO’s office that the seller was not an authorized dealer. To confirm, the seller is listed on the website as an authorized dealer. I can’t even reply to the CEO office email. They just send their response and it ends there. I switched from Sony to Samsung, and I now fear this was the biggest mistake I have ever made.
