My new 23 ultra phone ordered two & ahalf weeks ago.
Called custom service today 12/17/23 and over a period of hour I talked to three different representatives and they all gave me tree different explanations of what was going on. Who do i believe?
They said I would receive a $50 voucher but It would only be good till mid January with the purchase of a new phone. This was for having to wait for my new phone. RIDICULOUS
IF only i would have gotten a straight answer the 1st time.
This phone was a Christmas present, now think I will cancel it.
