My Samsung Refrigerator lasted only years - off warranty and worthless.
Galaxy A54 Phone - I spent 7 months complaining to T-mobile that their service sucked. Outbound and inbound calling was intermittent, as was data. Finally, with my son's phone on T-mobile standing next to me, I realized his phone had great reception and mine couldn't make a call. I went to 'ubreakifix' , Samsung's authorized warranty agent, who tested the phone and said the wireless charger was bad, the antenna was bad, (probably associated with the wireless charger failure) a speaker (apparently there are two)was bad, as well as the microphone was cutting out. The phone had been having problems from day one. I called Samsung warranty and they said I needed to send them the phone so they could determine what to do about it. I don't want a fixed phone with this many problems. Further, they said I needed to ship it to them and it would take a minimum of ten days and possibly longer before I would have my phone back. Am I out of line here? How many of you can go without a phone (and your data) for 10 days? I have a business. So, I guess my only option is to buy another phone so I can send this back to Samsung to be evaluated. This seems ludicrous to me. Sorry, but a wireless phone in today's business environment is not an option. It's like a heart patient with a pacemaker. I can't go 10 days without one.
So, I'm throwing the $500+ phone out and will buy another Android not made by Samsung. I will call to make sure the warranty is reasonable before I purchase. I will never buy a Samsung product of any kind again as long as I live. Further, I will take every opportunity to express my disgust with Samsung products to all who will listen, and every opportunity online. Samsung on a scale of 1 to 5 is a -1. They suck!
