I purchased a Samsung gas stove. Looked great and thought it would last. Was I wrong! The entire stove stopped working. The control panel which also included the stainless steel backsplash, three circulator boards and the touchpad all had to be replaced. I know the warranty had expired approximately 11 months before this happened, but for a repair to cost over $135 MORE than the cost of the stove? The total repair cost was over $750. I contacted the customer service dept. and was told someone would get back to me within a day or two. Its now been over 2 weeks. The company does not stand behind their defective products.
DO NOT BUIY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES. THEY DO NOT LAST.
