If I could give less than 1 star I would. Bought a Qled TV just over 3 months ago and the screen went. Outsourced company called Martin Dawes came to collect the TV. Technician advised that the open cell needed to be replaced and I will have the TV back within a week. Over a week later no update from either Martin Dawes or Samsung so I contacted MD who advised that the main board also needed to be replaced but they don't keep that in stock so will be another week before they have that in stock. They then advised due to the time frame of the repair they will put in a request to have the TV replaced. Samsung rejected the request as the TV is repairable. Contacted Samsung and I'm being pushed from one department to another with no answer as to when I'm going to get my TV back. Into my third week without a TV and still no update on when I'll have it back. Absolute shambles of a company. Was expecting more professionalism from a company as big as Samsung. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing with Samsung don't do it as they'll happily take your money but if something goes wrong you'll be left with a headache. The amount of hours I've spent on the phone with them has given me a headache. Have all Samsung products in my house. Lesson learnt. They won't be getting a penny from me from now on.
