I purchased a brand new in the factory sealed box Samsung 75" QLED 8k QN75QN800BF (2022 Model) TV. The tv worked great for about 4 and a half months. Then it would not turn on. No standby light unless I pushed the power button at that point the standby light will come on but screen remains black (no picture no sound). Sometimes the red standby light will blink sometimes is just stays solid red. I spent about 5 weeks with nonstop back and forth with Samsung. The customer service reps are all pretty friendly and professional. However they cannot help you with any of these issues just take your information. Someone from the warranty/return department is supposed to call you back. That is where the problems start......... Took me many weeks to get one of them to call me back. When they did they asked me to verify my information which I did. I then began to ask a question just to realize he hung up on me...... Then he canceled my ticket and left a note on file stating I canceled the ticket. Took me weeks to get back in touch again just to have the same person finally call me back. He was extremely rude on the phone and aggressive. I had filed a complaint via email to Samsung earlier in the week about the rude behavior and hanging up on me. It appears as though the only reason he called me back was to put me on the spot and start to interrogate me about my review I left about him. Then he says you did not purchase this new tv from an authorized Samsung distributor so your factory warranty is void you can fix at your own expense. Then he hung up.......... I spent over 2000.00 dollars on this brand-new fancy tv just for it to work for only about 4 and a half months. I did a lot of research online about this model only to find out its a known issue with Samsung........... Do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung products. They gladly sell you anything. But if issues come up, they will not support their product and will find any loophole to get out of honoring their warranty... I have never been treated so poorly by a corporation before. How rude they were was shocking.
