We purchased 4 appliances from Samsung via Home Depot, and there were defects on both the dishwasher and microwave - Out of the box.. Which Samsung tried very diligently to pin on the HD delivery.. After a month of back and forth, sending out their tech team to investigate, the techs agreed that they were both defective. Waited an additional 3 weeks for delivery of replacements. After 6 months the microwave filter light came on, only to discover it was delivered without one. When I called to see if they can send me one, I was told I "was out of their 30-day warranty and they'd be happy to send me to parts to purchase one. Sh*t policies, Sh*t customer service. No wonder the reviews are so bad. ***BUYER BEWARE***
