Awful experience with this awful company.
Bought a Flip4 and it cracked down the seam - a noted design flaw since it's release.
Rather than honour the warranty and acknowledge their flaw they're blaming me and charging me £340 for a new screen or £20 to have my broken phone back.
I hate this company so much - they know what they're doing but they're gaslighting their own customers.
WIll never buy another Samsung product. Too many bad experiences with their UK customer support team.
Complained and this was their cut and paste stock response - they didn't even fill in the template fully. I don't know why it's out of warranty - but apparently the matter is closed.
