Spoke with a tech about my Samsung refrigerator that was not cooling, and they scheduled a tech to come out, in about a week. The tech never came on the agreed date, and when they tried to reschedule I agreed to the new time they offered but they didn't confirm it and they never came out. Then they kept sending more texts to reschedule. This is a back and forth joke...enormously frustrating, so I will need to work with a local friend who knows appliances to figure out what may be a simple fan. Samsung did not stand behind their customer on this instance and I won't be purchasing their product again.
