terrible customer service - their 'premium' installation services are apparently coming with caveats that are not stated anywhere on their website. I've been refused a removal and installation by the delivery team when they noticed my old appliance is integrated, not freestanding. They have made a mess and destroyed other kitchen appliances while attempting to do something while saying at the same time they can't deliver their service - and they left the property without putting things back or fixing the things they broke.
When I raised a compensation claim with Samsung, I got a disrespectful response saying they couldn't issue compensation for my "inconvenience", but as a gesture of goodwill, they will give me a XX voucher for a new Samsung product. If not delivering the service you pay for is considered an "inconvenience", then I really don't know what is the world they live in.
