First of all we have only been in our home for 6 months. Aside from having the to fan blades replaced to to every time the over was turned on, the noise was TERRIBLE!! That’s fixed.
We noticed rust in the oven which is no fault to us, only 6 month in a new house, all new appliances only 6 months. This has never happened in our past homes well of course our ovens were not Samsung which I understand why. We had a tech come out and called Samsung and our warranty rep with our builder contacted Samsung and said Samsung response to rust in the oven-Damage that is not covered by the cosmetic warranty is defined as a portion of the appliance that cannot be repaired such as frame damage and/or dents to the sides, rear or interior of the unit. The oven has never been self-cleaned.
Anyway Samsung would not and is going to replace the oven. Our building warranty won’t do anything I talked to several reps within Samsung, basically don’t care and don’t stand by their products or care about the customer. The last rep was a supervisor stated she talked to products which stated can’t do anything about the rust, then she stated she could have someone come out which she said to look at it when someone already did, why send someone out that has to drive almost an hour to check and say they can’t do anything about it. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Don’t purchase their products!! All other top brand ovens I’ve had never had rust!!
