I bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra about 3 years ago and had a great experience. However this year I bought the Galaxy 24 Ultra and traded in my device. I noticed Feb 4th that I accidentally clicked the wrong phone to trade in (Z-Fold) but both credits were the same $400. I called customer service that same day and they said this was okay that they would still give me the credit if the device was eligible. On Mar 17 they said they could not accept my order. At first they said the device didn't qualify, and then they said it wouldn't boot. I sent them proof of both being false. Now I am having to return the phone so I can re-order it and go through the whole process again to get a credit for the trade in which will take more than a week. Very poor customer service. (Mar 18th)
