The worst customer service my entire life at samsung-bugis junction in singapore by 2 personnels.
An hour to get the screen protector done for my new phone by the female. Talking ill of the customers in madarin. Plain rude and disrespectful to customers with colour. The male personnel had to step in and do the application, saying i had waited too long in mandarin. Prices were not told if they included GST. All they wanted was a signature and to leave. Services that were supposed to be provided, was not checked until i had to repeat myself again.
