The absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. First call due to watch not powering up. Told I need to pay $70 for repairing a watch that is defective. Over an hour on phone. They send shipping label with wrong return address, another hour. Send new label with wrong phone#, another hour. Then 3 days later tell me repair is $128. Told them to just send watch back. They email me a link to purchase upgraded watch for $252. Link doesn't work. Call and now the price is $319. Another hour wasted. I am done with Samsung. It is a shame because I like a lot of there products, but if something goes wrong they stick you on a hamster wheel. Horrible Experience!!
