Subsequent calls to the call centre provided little reassurance, with representatives simply stating that the part has been ordered and would take an additional three days to arrive. It is unacceptable that a supposedly reputable company such as yours would have such inefficient and unreliable service processes. The prolonged delay in replacing a single part reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I reside in Mokila, Hyderabad, and I must emphasize that the service support in this area is exceptionally poor. As a consumer, I expected better service and prompt resolution to my complaint. I urge you to address these systemic issues promptly to avoid further dissatisfaction among your customers. Before purchasing a Samsung refrigerator, prospective buyers should be made aware of the substandard service support they may encounter.
