Had been Samsung customers for years. Swapped over to flip phones and since then, screen issues. Z3 to Z5. Called Customercare/ Repair center, they tried to make us pay for it even when we are halfway through our warranty. They claimed the phone was damaged and not cover under warranty (BS) . Anyone who has had flip phone know that there are screen issues. Never again after this experience that I will continue to support Samsung. Staffs are hard to talk with as they will spend you around circle. Supervisor was supposed to call me but for three times that they promised they will called me, NO. I kept trying to get a hold of them, no one call yet. Been over two weeks now. Staffs on the service line demand you pay for the phone or they will send it back and that the supervisor will say the same thing. WELL, there you have it.
