AVOID AVOID AVOID! I'd give it 0 stars if I could. 17month old Fridge/Freezer linings breaking up, hundreds of similar examples on line. Samsung are fully aware of these issues & have issued a (highly confidential) document about it, have admitted the cause of the linings cracking with minimal use is due to insufficient insulation being inserted. Linings are so thin you could put a fingernail through them & where its gone into a hole it is hollow yet Samsung still claim this is NOT a manufacturing defect but down to customer misuse if it happens after 3 months. Yeah right! They actually told me is was a drainage hole!! Unbelievable how many people out there are 'misusing' their appliances. 5 year warranty not worth the paper it's written on. Can't see how their energy efficiency claims stack up if there isn't enough insulation in the f/freezers. Appalling company to deal with, couldn't care less once they've got your money & have no conscience about these appliances ending up in landfill well before their life expectancy.
