The washer I purchased was defective after 15 months. They offered to refund The washer. That was 3 weeks ago. Ive been calling to know when they will come and get the washer but no one can answer. Ive sent emails that remained unanswered. Noone can tell me if I will receive à call one day or not. Meanwhile, Ive been without à washer for the past month. The thing is, Ive been à samsung client since they have been releasing phones in Canada. I have phones, tvs, fridge stove dishwasher etc.... I really thought I would get great service since I believed in the company. Well it was my first time dealing with their client care service and that was my experience. Its the story that wont end. Horrible service. I wont be so loyal to à company anymore.
