I bought 4 Samsung screens (two TVs and two computer screens), the first 2 TVs were 4k, the screen went bad within the year, luckily it was under warranty. The second screen I bought 8k in size 65 inches I paid something in the area of NIS 8000 or so now two and a half years later the screen died. It's not that I bought a Chinese brand for NIS 800. I expected the TV to be with me for at least 5-6 years. I contacted customer service and explained the situation to them and they said there is nothing to be done Pay 350 NIS for a technician and another 1000-2000 NIS for the possible replacements. I ask if there is a reason to pay for the Samsung brand, unfortunately I no longer recommend anyone to buy a Samsung TV Samsung Community in Israel | The Samsung Israel community will make your decision! The last two televisions that went wrong, call me lucky, but there is luck in a casino, not in a brand that considers itself the best in the world!!!
