Bot new 55" TV on 06/18/24. Can't set up as the company won't send codes to my new phone or number. Can't change my number as I get "INVALID NUMBER". Can't register as codes continue to go to old number.Even if I could do the impossible the rep on chat after hours dealing with this said verification takes 2 weeks, so taking the TV back to Costco and buying SONY.
HORRIBLE COMPANY AND LOUSY, UNHELPFUL SERVICE.
