Bought a Samsung 50" QLED TV to replace my old Samsung 43" UHD. Watched a pre-recorded video on this TV in Currys and the colour and definition was amazing. Purchased my TV on-line and found the colour/definition was nothing like the shop demonstration. In fact there was no improvement on my old UHD unit.
Tried to contact Samsung Complaints Department UK but there is no such address!
The only contact is via one of many outsourced home offices in India - useless.
Do not buy this TV - you will be very disappointed and will have spent over £500!
