First buy phone from Best Buy. They internet send us to samsung since it's their phone, and phone was defective. All samsung says, send phone in, and will inspect it. If defective will send new phone. UM. I need my phone!!! Stated it would take around 2-3 weeks. So what am I to do in that time. Also NOT going to send in phone with personal information on it. CAN'T TRUST ANYONE!!! So their repeated solution is send it in. Phone was less than a year old and close to $1000. I fully understand now why they're ratings are low!!!! No satisfaction for customers, just see $ signs. Will continue to tell everyone buy LG, I Phone or others. Stay away from SAMSUNG!!!!!!
