WORST company with WORST customer service.
Sent my Galaxy Z Flip 5 for repair (within warranty). No damage, no cracks, no scratches. The only problem is that screen is black, can't see anything on the screen, doesn't respond to touch. The phone was working fine, but one day when I opened the phone the screen went black. The outer small screen still works fine.
Samsung received my phone and couple days after I got a text message saying that the warranty is void and I have to pay $258 to fix the LCD. Which is not the screen (my screen is intact), but the inside LC display.
The technician claims that there is a damage, but there is no damage at all.
Been trying to get hold of a supervisor, no one even bothered to call me. I called them almost every day, never got hold of a supervisor.
And the last thing, they just decided to send the phone back to me without even asking me if I want to fix it or not. Definitely my last samsung phone. Don't deal with this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE iS -100.
