Absolutely terrible service from Samsung: I bought a Samsung S23 phone from Lulu Palakkad on May 16th, 2024. Within 6 days, I found the mobile was getting dangerously hot. I've been using Samsung phones for the last 15 years, so I know what to expect. When I returned to Lulu, they insisted I submit it to the Samsung service center in Palakkad. According to them, the mobile can heat up to 45-50 degrees Celsius and will automatically switch off at that point. They claimed this was normal and refused to help further. In front of the technical team, I demonstrated that the mobile was overheating within 15 minutes of use. They used an infrared thermometer, which showed 36 degrees, and dismissed my concerns as normal. For someone with health issues, this is unacceptable. They kept the mobile from May 30th to July 14th (45 days) and then sent me an email claiming the mobile was working fine at 45-50 degrees. There was no support from Samsung sales or service. The service was utterly terrible. I will never recommend Samsung mobiles to anyone. I never expected such poor service from a supposedly world-renowned company.
