I purchased a Z Fold 5 from AT&T. After MONTHS of working with AT&T with problems concerning this phone i am finally told that it isn't the service. It is the device itself that is defective. I contact Samsung. They REFUSE to replace the ph9ne that is still under warranty. Instead they want me to drive 2 towns over to a repair center. Why am I going to drive over 50 miles to repair a device that was messed up at time of purchase and is still under warranty? Samsung states that they don't replace devices. They repair them. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung device. Their website states that they put the Customer first, but they have shown me that is a lie. Please don't waste your money on a company that has proven that they don't care about their customers. The fact that they refuse to replace their defective device proves that they already know that they are selling a bad product.
