Extremely Disappointed with Samsung's Service and Quality
I am deeply disappointed with Samsung's service and product quality. I purchased a refrigerator for ₹70,990, and within 4.5 years, it developed issues with the compressor and cooling coil. After these were replaced, I experienced water leakage, icing, and eventually a crack in the internal body within 15 days. This speaks volumes about the poor quality and lack of durability of Samsung products.
Despite multiple emails since July 22, 2024, outlining these issues, I have not received any written response. Instead, I get daily calls from Mr. Pradeep Suri, but no formal acknowledgment or solution. Samsung's audacity to offer me only 57% of the buy-back value for a product that failed so soon is unacceptable. My hard-earned money of ₹70,990 has been wasted, and the stress and frustration I've experienced are immense. I expected much better from a brand I once trusted.
