Untrustworthy samsung avoid Stay away from samsung they do not honour their warranty they have actually damaged my phone as I sent it there in perfect condition due to a manufacturing fault (phone stopped opening fully) they are now claiming its been damaged and tried to charge me £540 my phone is faulty there trying to get out of fixing it. I will never buy anything samsung again you'd think I company like samsung would treat their loyal customers better DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG there sharks and untrustworthy. I'm actually in shock I trusted this brand they will do anything to get out of paying for their mistakes samsung z fold 4 have this common fault they know it but they refuse to fix it total scum bags!
