I purchased a Samsung vacuum cleaner that broke down in less than a year, and the experience since then has been nothing short of a nightmare. For the past TWO weeks, I’ve been waiting for someone to collect the vacuum for repairs, with no idea when they'll actually come. The lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating. When I called Samsung, they told me they don’t even have a box to send for the return! I offered to ship it back in the original box, but they wouldn’t accept that either. This level of service is simply unacceptable. How can a company of this size not have basic logistical solutions? Even worse, after two weeks, there’s still no collection of the broken vacuum, and they aren’t providing a replacement in the meantime. They won’t repair it, they won’t replace it—if you want to be left hanging with a broken appliance, Samsung is your answer. I strongly advise against buying Samsung products. Their customer service is non-existent, and the frustration is not worth it. #CustomerServiceFail #TerribleService #AvoidSamsung
