I bought a new Samsung Note 20 in May. I registered the phone with Samsung to activate the warranty. I get a text that the warranty is active and the phone is covered until May of 2025. So the screen is not functioning properly so I send it back to Samsung for repair. They told me that I have to pay for the repair which is more than the cost of the phone because I bought it on eBay. They said they don't warranty phones bought on eBay or Amazon. I am going to buy a replacement screen and have a friend replace it. I don't recommend buying a Samsung product and will never buy another Samsung product again.!
