Had a Galaxy 4 watch that stopped working , called for service could not restart. was offered a deal on a new watch 7 for $129.00 and i had to send the dead watch back for a $200 credit. Well classic bait and switch, the return label states the returned watch had to be on great shape and working order. Why would i send back a good watch? So if i had sent that bad watch back they would have changed me full price for the 7. no oone would help me, i feel like they should have honored what the Representative promised. Do not use the on line option. i do not recommend.
