At this point I am definitely not pleased with Samsung product or customer service. We recently purchased brand new appliances for our entire kitchen. After the second day of installation we quickly noticed that the water dispenser on the front of the fridge would not dispense nor was the ice maker making any ice. At this point we have had ice for only (4) of the (60) days it has been in our home. I have now made over four calls to the Samsung Care line on this issue and we have received a minimum of (4) four different ticket numbers. We have already had a service tech from a vendor company that works on Samsung products come out as a result of two of my tickets. The tech told us that this is a known problem with Samsung refrigerator and he has had other customers with the same issue. However after two service calls it has not been repaired. I have called in a 3rd and 4th time in the past week with promises that someone will get back with me within 24-48 hours only to not receive a call and then I have to call Samsung back myself only to get told the same thing over and over. At this time please note the only reason they have gotten a one is because that is the lowest rating that can be given. It is clear that the care for the end purchaser is not there at all. I have asked for this matter to be escalated and a replacement be made but that is not happening. We shall see if we have a better outcome with her our third at home service call.
