Bought the new Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra as a treat because it came with a promotion for a chrome book which I wanted for University.
They expressed they sent me an email asking for proof of purchase, which I never seen, even though everything was dealt with in the store shop when I bought the phone. I phoned them today to chase things up after being away for 3 weeks dealing with a family matter and they have closed the promotion off so now I can't be given the chrome book. After spending thousands on a phone and they can't even be kind enough to offer it to me. Not happy, won't be buying from Samsung again, felt like they really cheated me.
