The customer service was horrible. The absolute worst I’ve ever experienced by any company regardless of the item. Samsung clearly doesn’t care about the customer, they care about their profit. They get lost in their own processes. The most simple of tasks or asks take ridiculous amounts of time because they blindly follow a process instead of using common sense and helping a customer. I would give you a zero but I can’t. That’s how much I’m massively disappointed and angry with Samsung. Samsung owes me approximately $400 in installation fees because they sold me a defective product and refused to pay for fees when I had to install it again. I had to arrange for my own disposal of their defective product. I had to pay for my own postage to return a form with a serial number. It takes Samsung 30 to 40 days to refund your money. Customer service/satisfactions decisions are made by their finance department. How ridiculous is that!! That is guaranteed disappointment. Unless I can get some resolution I will NEVER buy another Samsung product and will encourage friends and family to stay away.
