The most incompetent company personel I've ever encountered.
wrong band for galaxy ultra watch received, called 2 days after Christmas to exchange, , received as a gift, the return window closed December 27th, 14 days after purchase. all others allow minimum 30 days, most till January 31 , 2025.
Offered a $50 promo for new purchase, still costing me $30. Had to make 6 calls to finally receive the code, then offered $100 promo for my aggravation, never received the second $50, and the first promo didn't work on the samsung site!!!
The absolute worst exchange, always telling you don't worry , we will escalate the concern & have a remedy. Seriously. If they were 1% as competent as they were polite, I would not be writing this review, still can't mentally reconcile what a bunch of ignorant individuals are managing customer service, and that includes the" supervisor" I spoke to on the 5th call. Wake up!!! The question of won't went wrong should be changed to what went right, would save alot of typing.
